Continuous Daily Check (Minimum Five Days)

External property check performed at different times/days of the week to ensure all external security is intact.  A walk-around will be completed.

Complete internal and external property security check.  An internal walk-through to inspect for damage, hazards and other potential problems and an external walk-around included.

Separate from routine property inspections, storm checks are typically performed during or after storms to assess potential damage.

    1 trip - $65.00 (if further services are necessary, we will contact you)

    2 trips - $80.00 (within a seven period)

Consists of an external walk-around and walk-through of the interior once a day

    Consists of an external walk around and internal walk through, once a day - $20.00 per day

Emergency Response

Emergency service charge for assessment, minor repairs or advice. We will mitigate unexpected and unplanned emergencies, large and small. Service charge for assessment and advise only

Calls after 10:00 PM will be answered next day. Work done or referrals would be extra.

Storm Prep

Your home and property would be secured from a predicted storm.  Someone has to move the grill, patio table and chairs, etc.  Let us help, ask for details

Property Management

Key Holding Service            FREE


Maintenance and Repairs    $45 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

                                        $80 5:01 PM to 10:00 PM

                                        $15 Flat Fee for small jobs at AHW discretion, contractor appointments

                                        or to be liaison between you and your contractor

                                        $55 Per hour for major repairs


Rental Preparations            $45 Trip fee

Winterizing/Storm Prep.    By estimate


Mail Pick-up/Forwarding    $25 trip fee, $5 per package over 15 pounds plus postage


Food Shopping/Stocking    $45 trip fee, $25 per hour plus cost of goods


Vehicle Start                    $25 trip fee, first car free, $5 for each additional vehicle


Plant Care                        By estimate


Freeze Monitoring            $55 Installation and activation

                                     $25 for each year after initial cost

                                     $5 monthly monitoring fee.


Liaison Fees                    $15 to coordinate contractors, gardeners, etc.


Opening/Closing             $25 trip fee, or $75 for one business week opening and closing

                                    $25 trip fee plus $25 per hour after first half hour if AHW stays on site

                                    ($10 if opening/closing can be arranged with routine inspections)


Tree Felling/Cutting        By estimate, $65 hourly rate when applicable
